Nancy Turner

Nancy is a native of St. Francis, KS and attended Fort Hays State University, receiving her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Nancy and her husband Ed moved to Phillipsburg in 1975 where she spent her teaching career at Phillipsburg Elementary School concentrating on the study of early literacy. Ed and Nancy have two sons and three grandsons. Giving back to the community through PCCF is her goal.
