Fischer Building
The Fischer Building, located in downtown Phillipsburg, is owned and operated by PCCF. The modern office complex offers a variety of office spaces and footprints for lease. Small and large conference rooms may be reserved and rented on a daily basis. Standard rental amenities include janitorial service, adequate parking, and lobby tenant directory.

The E-Center
The Entrepreneurial Center was created to support and strengthen small businesses in Phillips County by providing a training site equipped with wi-fi, desktop/laptop computers, and overhead projection. Meetings, seminars, and classes -- in-person or remote -- can be conducted at the E-Center. The facility is available for rent on a daily basis.
