Kera Willer

Kera moved to Phillipsburg with her husband Erik shortly after graduating from Ft. Hays State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a minor in General Communications. She developed a passion for rural living and community involvement soon after, and has been an active board member for PCCF since 2012.
